Youth Employment Services YES is the Canadian youth employment training, programming, and job placement leader, serving over 15,000 annually with a close to 90% success rate. YES created youth employment services in Canada in 1968 and has since helped hundreds of thousands of youth, many disadvantaged, directly and millions indirectly.

YES empowers youth in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond through over 25 employment, entrepreneurship and empowerment programs including The Lighthouse Project , BizStart, Career JumpStart Cybersecurity Analyst Project, YES2Trades, and many more. In addition, YES youth have access to vital living supports and critical wrap around supports such as food, clothing, transportation, laptops, hygiene kits and mentors, as well as mental health and wellness supports such as cognitive behavioural therapy and yoga.
